Responsibilities
- Define and execute the long-term technical vision for scalable, AI-driven infrastructure capable of handling 2026 data paradigms.
- Lead architecture reviews and mentor a diverse team of senior engineers, researchers, and data scientists.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate emerging technologies, such as Edge AI and predictive analytics, into production environments.
- Ensure system reliability, security, and performance at massive scale while optimizing for energy efficiency.
- Stay ahead of global tech trends to provide strategic insights for the 2026 roadmap and innovation initiatives.
- Drive the adoption of cloud-native best practices and microservices architectures.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years specifically in AI infrastructure or machine learning systems.
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- Proven experience designing distributed systems that can handle high-throughput data streams and complex real-time processing.
- Strong proficiency in Python, Go, or Rust, with deep understanding of cloud-native technologies (AWS, GCP, Azure).
- Exceptional leadership skills with a track record of managing large engineering teams and delivering complex projects on time.
