Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Roadmap: Lead the strategic vision for future technology integration, forecasting emerging trends in AI, Quantum Computing, and Neural Interfaces.
- System Design: Architect scalable, high-performance systems that leverage cutting-edge technologies to solve complex enterprise problems.
- Technical Leadership: Mentor a team of senior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Strategic Partnerships: Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product management, UX design, and business development to align technical capabilities with market needs.
- R&D Oversight: Oversee the research and development pipeline, ensuring feasibility and ROI for experimental technologies.
- Compliance & Ethics: Establish frameworks for ethical AI usage and data privacy in anticipation of upcoming regulatory changes.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 3 years in a leadership or senior engineering role.
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in Cloud Architecture (AWS/Azure/GCP), Machine Learning frameworks, and distributed systems.
- Visionary Mindset: Proven ability to identify emerging technologies and translate them into business value.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated history of solving high-stakes, large-scale technical challenges.
