Responsibilities
- Design Next-Gen Architectures: Lead the architectural design for systems capable of supporting AI inference at scale and quantum computing integration.
- Infrastructure Modernization: Oversee the migration and optimization of legacy systems to microservices-based cloud environments (AWS/Azure/GCP).
- Performance Engineering: Implement strategies to ensure 99.99% uptime and sub-millisecond latency for global users.
- Security & Compliance: Spearhead initiatives to achieve SOC2 Type II and ISO 27001 certifications, ensuring data sovereignty and privacy.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with product managers, data scientists, and engineering leads to translate business requirements into technical blueprints.
- Mentorship: Guide and mentor junior architects and senior engineers in best practices for distributed systems and code quality.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in Systems Architecture, with at least 5 years in a leadership or senior architectural role.
- Programming Proficiency: Deep expertise in Python, Go, or Rust, with a strong understanding of systems programming.
- Cloud Mastery: Proven track record designing complex architectures on major cloud providers (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- AI/ML Integration: Experience integrating Machine Learning models into production infrastructure and understanding of vector databases.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot complex, distributed system failures and drive root cause analysis.
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
