Responsibilities
- Architect the 2026 Roadmap: Define and execute the long-term technical vision, ensuring our architecture supports future scalability and emerging technologies.
- AI & Machine Learning Integration: Lead the design and deployment of AI-driven solutions to optimize business operations and user experiences.
- Cloud Infrastructure Leadership: Oversee the migration to hybrid-cloud environments, focusing on security, efficiency, and cost-reduction.
- System Optimization: Analyze current tech stacks and identify bottlenecks to improve system performance and reliability.
- Team Mentorship: Guide a team of junior developers and engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in Systems Architecture, DevOps, or Software Engineering.
- Technology Stack: Deep expertise in Python, Go, or Rust, and proficiency with Kubernetes and Docker.
- AI Knowledge: Hands-on experience with AI/ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch) and LLM integration.
- Future-Proofing: Demonstrated ability to plan for and implement 5G, Edge Computing, and Quantum-ready solutions.
- Leadership: Strong project management skills with a focus on delivering complex projects on time.
