Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy scalable microservices and serverless solutions designed to meet 2026 scalability demands.
- Define the technical roadmap for the 2026 Initiative, aligning engineering output with strategic business objectives.
- Lead the integration of Generative AI and Large Language Models into core product workflows.
- Establish enterprise-grade security protocols and data governance frameworks.
- Drive technical decision-making across the engineering organization, mentoring senior leaders and junior engineers alike.
- Conduct rigorous code reviews and performance optimization to ensure system reliability.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- 12+ years of progressive experience in software development and system architecture.
- Expert proficiency in modern programming languages (e.g., Python, Go, Rust) and cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP).
- Demonstrated experience with Kubernetes, Docker, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Strong background in Machine Learning systems design and high-availability database architectures.
- Exceptional communication skills, capable of translating complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
