Responsibilities
- Design and implement the core system architecture for the 2026 product roadmap, ensuring high availability and fault tolerance.
- Lead the migration strategy for legacy systems to next-generation cloud-native environments.
- Define technical standards and best practices for the engineering team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, data scientists, and security experts to align technical solutions with business goals.
- Conduct rigorous code reviews and architecture validation to ensure code quality and system integrity.
- Identify potential bottlenecks and propose scalable solutions before they impact production.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, specifically focusing on AI integration and post-quantum cryptography.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering and system architecture, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
- Deep expertise in distributed systems, microservices, and containerization technologies (Kubernetes, Docker).
- Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Go, or Java.
- Proven track record of designing systems that handle high concurrency and massive scale.
- Experience with cloud providers (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and serverless architectures.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is a plus.
