Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design for the 2026 core infrastructure rollout.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product roadmaps and technical strategies.
- Optimize system performance and scalability to handle next-generation workloads.
- Mentor junior engineers and foster a culture of continuous innovation.
- Conduct rigorous code reviews and technical assessments.

Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in software engineering or systems architecture.
- Proven track record of leading large-scale technical projects from conception to deployment.
- Strong proficiency in Python, Go, or Rust.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and strategic thinking abilities.
- Experience with AI/ML integration is a plus.
