- Strategic Roadmapping: Collaborate with executive leadership to define the 2-year technology roadmap, identifying emerging trends like AR/VR convergence and autonomous agents.
- Security & Compliance: Lead the charge in establishing zero-trust security protocols and ensuring compliance with future-ready data privacy regulations.
- Team Mentorship: Foster a culture of innovation by mentoring junior developers and conducting technical workshops on futuristic technologies.
- Vendor Management: Evaluate and select partnerships with leading quantum hardware providers and next-gen cloud infrastructure firms.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 7 years of experience in full-stack architecture, with a focus on cloud-native solutions (AWS/Azure/GCP).
- Technical Skills: Deep understanding of distributed systems, microservices, and experience with AI/ML model deployment pipelines.
