Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Strategic Roadmap: Lead the long-term vision for our technological infrastructure, identifying key milestones and deliverables for the year 2026 and beyond.
- Future-Tech Analysis: Conduct deep-dive research on emerging trends such as Artificial General Intelligence, Quantum Computing, and Bio-digital convergence to identify high-impact opportunities.
- Prototype Next-Gen Systems: Design and oversee the prototyping of scalable systems capable of handling the complexity of a future-proof digital ecosystem.
- Stakeholder Alignment: Translate abstract futuristic concepts into clear, actionable roadmaps for C-suite executives and engineering teams.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with R&D, Product, and Operations to ensure seamless integration of future technologies into current workflows.
- Talent & Innovation Management: Foster a culture of innovation by scouting top-tier talent and setting technical standards for the organization.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in software architecture, systems engineering, or strategic technology consulting.
- Proven track record of leading long-term strategic planning initiatives with a specific focus on future trends.
- Deep understanding of Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and distributed systems architectures.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of articulating complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s degree or MBA preferred).
- Experience with Agile methodologies and rapid prototyping cycles.
