Responsibilities
- Architect Next-Gen Infrastructure: Design and implement scalable, fault-tolerant system architectures capable of supporting high-frequency AI computations and massive data throughput.
- Define Technical Roadmaps: Create long-term technical strategies and development plans that align with our 2026 vision and emerging industry trends.
- Lead Innovation Sprints: Spearhead Proof of Concept (PoC) initiatives for emerging technologies, including neuromorphic computing and edge AI deployment.
- Optimize Performance: Analyze system bottlenecks and implement cutting-edge optimization techniques to ensure sub-millisecond latency in critical applications.
- Security & Compliance: Develop robust security protocols and ensure all systems adhere to future-ready compliance standards and ethical AI guidelines.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, data scientists, and software engineers to translate complex business requirements into technical blueprints.
- Technical Mentorship: Mentor junior architects and engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
Qualifications
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in systems architecture, software engineering, or cloud infrastructure with a focus on AI and machine learning.
- Technical Skills: Deep proficiency in Python, Go, or Rust, with extensive experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization technologies (Kubernetes, Docker).
- AI Expertise: Strong understanding of neural network architectures, distributed systems, and large language model (LLM) deployment strategies.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to solve complex, ambiguous technical problems with innovative, scalable solutions.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
