Responsibilities

- Lead research initiatives into Quantum algorithms and their practical integration with existing cloud infrastructure.
- Oversee the development of advanced AI-driven autonomous agents and decision-making systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate futuristic concepts into actionable product roadmaps.
- Ensure cybersecurity resilience against next-generation threats and zero-day exploits.
- Define technical standards and mentor senior engineers to maintain a world-class engineering culture.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field; PhD preferred.
- Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in software architecture and system design.
- Deep expertise in Machine Learning, Neural Networks, and Generative AI models.
- Experience with quantum computing frameworks (e.g., Qiskit, Cirq) or a strong aptitude for theoretical physics applications.
- Strong proficiency in Python, Go, and Rust.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills with a proven track record of managing large-scale technical projects.
