Responsibilities
- Design and implement forward-thinking system architectures leveraging quantum computing, AI, and blockchain
- Lead cross-functional teams to translate complex business requirements into scalable technical solutions
- Develop strategic roadmaps for technology evolution through 2030
- Architect secure, high-performance systems for global deployment across 50+ data centers
- Research and integrate emerging technologies (quantum-resistant algorithms, neuromorphic computing)

- Mentor senior engineers in future-proof design principles
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/Engineering; Master's or PhD preferred
- 10+ years experience in systems architecture with 5+ years in emerging technologies
- Expertise in cloud-native infrastructure (AWS/GCP/Azure) and hybrid quantum-classical systems
- Proven track record designing AI/ML pipelines at enterprise scale
- Deep knowledge of cryptography, distributed systems, and network protocols
- Experience with agile methodologies in R&D environments
- Strong technical leadership skills with ability to influence C-suite executives
