Responsibilities
- Architect and execute the 2026 innovation roadmap, aligning with long-term business objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams through design-thinking workshops and rapid prototyping cycles
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging technologies with disruptive potential
- Develop go-to-market strategies for breakthrough products with 3-5 year lead times
- Establish KPI frameworks for measuring innovation pipeline success
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and board members
- Foster an experimental culture through innovation challenges and hackathons
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation, product development, or technology consulting
- Proven track record of launching market-defining products/services
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI/ML, quantum computing, biotech)
- Advanced degree in Business, Engineering, or related field
- Certified Innovation Professional (CIP) or similar designation preferred
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive experience
- Portfolio demonstrating successful innovation initiatives
- Experience with scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
