- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype disruptive solutions for emerging challenges
- Conduct horizon scanning across quantum computing, biotech, AI ethics, and climate tech domains
- Present strategic frameworks to investors and board members with compelling data narratives
- Partner with product teams to integrate future-proof principles into development lifecycles
- Establish KPIs for measuring strategic impact and market disruption potential
- Author thought leadership publications on industry evolution scenarios
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or emerging tech leadership
- Proven track record of translating foresight into market-shaping initiatives
- Deep expertise in at least two future-critical domains (e.g., quantum AI, synthetic biology, decentralized systems)
- Certification in scenario planning or futures studies preferred
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive-level presentation experience
- MBA or advanced degree in technology, economics, or futures studies
- Portfolio demonstrating published strategic frameworks or innovation roadmaps
- Fluency in strategic foresight methodologies (e.g., Delphi, STEEP analysis)
