Responsibilities
- Define and communicate the comprehensive 2026 Technical Roadmap, aligning technology strategy with business goals.
- Lead Research & Development (R&D) initiatives focusing on next-generation AI and Quantum computing applications.
- Architect scalable, secure, and high-performance systems capable of handling massive data throughput.
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies to ensure the company remains ahead of industry disruptions.
- Collaborate with C-level executives and product managers to translate business requirements into technical blueprints.
- Mentor senior engineering teams and foster a culture of continuous innovation.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in software engineering, IT architecture, or a related technical field.
- Proven track record of leading technology transformations and strategic planning.
- Deep understanding of Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and distributed systems.
- Strong experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
