Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Technical Roadmap: Collaborate with stakeholders to create a comprehensive 3-year technology strategy that aligns with business goals.
- Architect Future-Proof Systems: Design scalable, high-performance architectures that can integrate with next-generation AI and cloud ecosystems.
- Emerging Tech R&D: Lead research initiatives into breakthrough technologies (e.g., Edge Computing, Neural Interfaces) and pilot their feasibility.
- Technical Governance: Establish coding standards and architectural guidelines to ensure maintainability and security in the long term.
- Team Leadership & Mentorship: Cultivate a culture of innovation by mentoring senior engineers and fostering a forward-thinking mindset across the engineering department.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Tech Stack: Deep expertise in distributed systems, cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP), and modern programming languages (Go, Rust, Python).
- Strategic Vision: Proven track record of predicting tech trends and translating them into actionable business strategies.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and executive leadership.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
