Responsibilities
- Architectural Vision: Design and implement the core AI infrastructure roadmap for the 2026 product cycle, ensuring scalability and efficiency.
- Technical Leadership: Mentor a high-performing team of machine learning engineers and data scientists.
- System Optimization: Oversee the deployment of large-scale neural networks and optimize model inference times.
- Research Integration: Evaluate and integrate cutting-edge research papers into practical, real-world applications.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers and stakeholders to translate complex AI capabilities into user-centric features.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years in a lead architectural role.
- Technical Stack: Deep proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed computing systems (Kubernetes, AWS/Azure).
- Domain Knowledge: Strong understanding of Natural Language Processing (NLP), Computer Vision, or Reinforcement Learning.
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading teams through the full software development lifecycle.
