Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Strategic Roadmap: Lead the creation of a comprehensive technology strategy that aligns with our vision for the year 2026, identifying key technological milestones and investment areas.
- Emerging Tech Analysis: Continuously monitor and evaluate emerging technologies (e.g., generative AI, quantum computing trends) to recommend viable integration paths for the company.
- Data Architecture Leadership: Oversee the evolution of our data architecture to support advanced predictive modeling and real-time decision-making processes.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with C-suite executives and engineering teams to translate complex data insights into actionable business strategies.
- Resource Allocation: Manage budgets and resources for high-impact R&D projects focused on future-proofing our product offerings.
- Stakeholder Communication: Articulate complex technical strategies to non-technical stakeholders, ensuring alignment across all departments.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Data Science, Business Analytics, or a related technical field.
- Experience: Minimum of 10+ years of experience in a strategic leadership role within the tech industry, with a proven track record of driving innovation.
- Tech Stack: Deep understanding of AI/ML frameworks, cloud architecture (AWS/Azure/GCP), and big data processing tools.
- Strategic Vision: Demonstrated ability to think long-term and anticipate industry shifts leading up to 2026 and beyond.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional communication skills with the ability to influence and inspire diverse teams.
- Certifications: PMP, TOGAF, or similar strategic planning certifications are a plus.
