Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Technology Roadmap: Lead the strategic vision for AI integration, ensuring alignment with long-term business goals and emerging tech trends.
- Architect Future-Proof Systems: Design scalable data architecture and AI models that can adapt to the evolving digital landscape.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with product, engineering, and executive teams to translate technical vision into actionable development cycles.
- AI & Machine Learning Oversight: Oversee the deployment of predictive analytics and generative AI tools to drive operational efficiency.
- Stakeholder Management: Communicate complex technical strategies to non-technical stakeholders to secure buy-in and funding.
- Risk & Compliance: Establish frameworks for data security and ethical AI usage in preparation for future regulatory changes.
Qualifications
- Strategic Vision: 10+ years of experience in technology strategy, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role focused on AI and Data.
- Tech Stack: Deep understanding of machine learning, neural networks, cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP), and big data technologies.
- Future-Proof Mindset: Proven track record of anticipating industry shifts and implementing forward-thinking solutions.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to articulate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or MBA preferred.
