Responsibilities
- Architect Design: Lead the end-to-end design and implementation of scalable AI infrastructure, including neural networks, distributed systems, and quantum algorithms for 2026 readiness.
- Technical Leadership: Mentor a team of senior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Strategy Roadmap: Define the long-term technical roadmap for the AI division, identifying emerging technologies and integrating them into our core product suite.
- Performance Optimization: Oversee the optimization of model inference speeds and training throughput to handle exascale data processing.
- Collaboration: Partner with product management and research teams to translate complex business requirements into robust technical solutions.
- Security & Compliance: Ensure all AI systems adhere to the highest standards of data privacy, security, and ethical AI guidelines.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in software engineering and machine learning, with at least 3 years in a lead or architect role.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in Python, C++, and TensorFlow/PyTorch. Experience with quantum computing frameworks (e.g., Qiskit, Cirq) is highly preferred.
- System Design: Proven track record of designing high-availability, fault-tolerant distributed systems.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional ability to deconstruct complex problems and derive elegant, scalable technical solutions.
- Communication: Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, capable of presenting technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
