Responsibilities
- Strategic Roadmapping: Define and execute the technical strategy for the 2026 product roadmap, ensuring alignment with long-term business objectives.
- System Architecture: Design robust, scalable, and secure AI-driven architectures that can handle enterprise-grade workloads.
- Team Leadership: Mentor a team of elite engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
- Research & Development: Stay ahead of industry trends, evaluating emerging technologies like Quantum Computing and Neuromorphic chips for integration.
- Performance Optimization: Oversee the end-to-end optimization of AI models to ensure high throughput and low latency.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Experience: Minimum 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 4 years in a senior AI or Machine Learning architect role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and distributed systems (Kubernetes, Docker).
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to solve complex, ambiguous problems with creative, data-driven solutions.
- Visionary Mindset: Strong ability to anticipate technological shifts and translate them into actionable technical requirements.
