Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Roadmap: Architect and oversee the development of next-generation AI systems, ensuring scalability and resilience for the future.
- System Design: Design complex, high-performance systems that integrate seamlessly with emerging technologies like edge computing and neuromorphic chips.
- Strategic Planning: Collaborate with C-suite executives to translate business goals into technical roadmaps, focusing on long-term viability and innovation.
- Talent Leadership: Mentor a high-performing engineering team, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
- Technology Evaluation: Research and evaluate bleeding-edge technologies to determine their feasibility for integration into our core product lines.
- Security & Ethics: Implement robust security protocols and ensure all AI systems adhere to the highest ethical standards and compliance regulations.
Qualifications
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 3 years in a leadership role within AI or Machine Learning infrastructure.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in Python, C++, and distributed systems. Experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch, and cloud-native architectures (AWS/Azure/GCP).
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI, or a related technical field. PhD preferred.
- Visionary Mindset: Ability to anticipate technological trends and translate them into actionable architectural decisions.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and leadership.
- Agile Mastery: Proven track record of leading Agile and Scrum methodologies in fast-paced environments.
