Responsibilities
- Define and execute the 2026 Strategic Roadmap, aligning operational goals with long-term business vision.
- Analyze emerging market trends and technological disruptions to identify strategic opportunities.
- Lead cross-functional initiatives to streamline workflows and enhance organizational agility.
- Develop scalable frameworks for future growth, ensuring infrastructure supports 2026 objectives.
- Partner with leadership to forecast resource needs and budget allocation for upcoming fiscal years.

Qualifications
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in strategic operations, management consulting, or executive leadership roles.
- Proven track record of developing and implementing long-term (5+ year) strategic plans.

- Experience with digital transformation and agile methodologies in a tech-forward environment.
