- AI Integration: Lead the identification, pilot, and scaling of Generative AI tools across all departments to automate complex processes and enhance decision-making.
- Organizational Transformation: Oversee the restructuring of teams and processes to foster agility, inclusivity, and continuous learning in a rapidly evolving tech landscape.
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with C-suite executives, department heads, and employees to secure buy-in for major strategic shifts and change initiatives.
- Trend Analysis: Monitor global trends in remote work, digital nomadism, and artificial intelligence to proactively adjust our strategic positioning.
- Culture & Engagement: Design and implement programs that enhance employee engagement, mental well-being, and career development in a distributed workforce.
Qualifications
- Strategic Vision: 8+ years of experience in corporate strategy, operations management, or consulting, with a proven track record of leading organizational change.
- Technical Fluency: Deep understanding of AI technologies, particularly Large Language Models (LLMs), automation tools, and data-driven decision-making frameworks.
- Leadership Experience: Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence senior stakeholders without direct authority.
- Future-Oriented Mindset: A strong aptitude for forecasting industry trends and translating them into actionable business strategies.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, compelling narratives for diverse audiences.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field; Master’s degree or MBA is highly preferred.
