- Define and execute the comprehensive 2026 Technology & AI Roadmap, aligning technical vision with business goals.
- Lead research and development initiatives focused on Generative AI, Quantum Readiness, and Web3 integration.
- Oversee the integration of predictive analytics to drive data-driven decision-making across all departments.
- Identify emerging market trends and assess their potential impact on business operations and competitive positioning.
- Collaborate with HR and Operations to design future-ready workflows and employee upskilling programs.
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and tech innovators to stay ahead of the curve.
- Manage a budget for R&D initiatives and ensure high ROI on strategic technology investments.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in strategic technology leadership, with a focus on AI and future trends.
- Proven track record of successfully leading digital transformation initiatives.
- Deep expertise in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Predictive Analytics.
- Strong understanding of emerging technologies (e.g., Quantum Computing, Edge Computing) and their business applications.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into actionable business strategies.
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
