- Define and execute the technical roadmap for 2026, focusing on AGI readiness and advanced neural networks.
- Architect scalable, high-performance AI systems capable of processing petabytes of data in real-time.
- Lead a team of world-class engineers, providing mentorship and technical guidance on complex algorithmic challenges.
- Collaborate with product managers and designers to translate futuristic concepts into deployable software.
- Ensure robust security and ethical AI practices across all projects.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, specifically regarding 2026 emerging technologies like quantum computing interfaces.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 4 years in a leadership or architecture role.
- Deep expertise in Python, C++, and modern ML frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow).
- Proven track record of delivering large-scale AI products from conception to deployment.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills with a focus on scalability and efficiency.
- Strong communication skills, capable of bridging the gap between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
