Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service and assistance to all customers
- Product knowledge: learn and maintain knowledge of products to effectively assist customers
- Operate point of sale (POS) system to process transactions accurately
- Assist in maintaining store cleanliness and visual merchandising standards
- Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues in a timely manner
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (some college preferred)
- Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus but not required
