Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service through product knowledge and personalized recommendations
- Drive sales by achieving daily/weekly targets through upselling and cross-merchandising
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems while maintaining cash drawer accountability
- Execute visual merchandising standards to maintain store presentation and product displays
- Assist with inventory management including receiving, stocking, and cycle counting
- Resolve customer concerns promptly to ensure satisfaction and loyalty
- Collaborate with team members to achieve store-wide sales and service goals
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (students welcome)
- 0-2 years retail/customer service experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays
- Basic math proficiency and comfort handling cash/POS systems
- Positive attitude with a customer-first mindset
