Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional product guidance
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems
- Maintain visually appealing store displays and inventory organization
- Actively engage with customers to identify needs and match solutions
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales targets
- Participate in product knowledge training and sales workshops
- Support store operations through merchandising and stock replenishment
- Uphold brand standards and customer service excellence
Qualifications
- No prior sales experience required - we train all new hires!
- High school diploma or equivalent (students welcome)
