Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service through personalized product recommendations and needs-based selling
- Operate POS systems efficiently to process transactions, returns, and exchanges
- Drive sales growth by achieving daily/weekly targets and promoting loyalty programs
- Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure organized, attractive product displays
- Collaborate with team members to optimize inventory management and stock replenishment
- Actively participate in product knowledge training to become a brand ambassador
- Support store operations through loss prevention awareness and cleanliness standards
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (currently enrolled students welcome)
- 0-2 years of retail or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication skills with ability to build rapport quickly
- Basic math proficiency for cash handling and transaction accuracy
- Availability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
