Responsibilities
- Strategic Vision: Define and execute the technical roadmap for our 2026 AI infrastructure, focusing on scalability and AGI integration.
- R&D Leadership: Lead a team of elite engineers and researchers in exploring cutting-edge technologies, including Neural Architecture Search and Neuromorphic computing.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product, legal, and compliance teams to ensure our AI systems adhere to the highest ethical standards and safety protocols.
- Team Development: Mentor senior engineers and foster a culture of innovation, continuous learning, and high-performance excellence.
- Resource Allocation: Manage the budget and technical resources for major R&D projects, ensuring optimal ROI on experimental technologies.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Physics, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership or architectural role within AI/ML.
- Technical Mastery: Deep understanding of Machine Learning algorithms, Deep Neural Networks, and Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Innovation: Demonstrated ability to identify emerging technologies and integrate them into scalable production environments.
- Leadership: Proven track record of managing high-performance engineering teams and delivering complex projects on tight deadlines.
