- Roadmap Execution: Lead the development and execution of the 2026 technology roadmap, prioritizing high-impact initiatives.

- Stakeholder Management: Communicate complex technical strategies to C-level executives and non-technical stakeholders effectively.
- Team Leadership: Mentor and grow a high-performing team of technical leads and product managers.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in technology strategy, product management, or engineering leadership.
- Strategic Mindset: Proven track record of successfully launching and scaling technology products.
- Technical Fluency: Deep understanding of current and emerging tech stacks (Cloud, AI, SaaS).
- Communication: Exceptional ability to translate technical concepts into business value.
