Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Roadmap: Lead the development and execution of a comprehensive technology strategy that aligns with business goals and anticipates future industry trends.
- Emerging Tech Analysis: Continuously monitor and evaluate emerging technologies (e.g., AI, Quantum Computing, Sustainable Tech) to identify high-value opportunities for the company.
- Strategic Partnerships: Cultivate relationships with key technology vendors, startups, and research institutions to foster innovation and secure competitive advantages.
- Resource Allocation: Direct the allocation of R&D resources to ensure maximum impact and ROI on long-term projects.
- Stakeholder Communication: Translate complex technical concepts into actionable business insights for executive leadership and cross-functional teams.
- Innovation Labs: Oversee the operation of internal innovation labs or incubators to prototype and test future technologies.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree or MBA is strongly preferred.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in technology strategy, R&D management, or product development, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
- Tech Proficiency: Deep understanding of current and emerging technologies, with a proven track record of forecasting future trends.
- Leadership: Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive organizational change in a dynamic environment.
- Strategic Vision: Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for identifying market gaps and opportunities.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of presenting to C-suite executives and diverse audiences.
