Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Technology Roadmap: Create and maintain a comprehensive strategic plan that outlines key technological milestones, investments, and innovations required to lead the market by 2026.
- Lead Future Tech Research & Development: Spearhead internal R&D initiatives focused on emerging technologies (e.g., Generative AI, Quantum Readiness, Edge Computing) to ensure readiness for future market shifts.
- Strategic Partnerships: Identify, evaluate, and cultivate partnerships with leading tech startups, universities, and research institutions to gain early access to breakthrough technologies.
- Executive Communication: Translate complex technical concepts into compelling business narratives for the C-suite, board of directors, and potential investors.
- Innovation Culture: Foster a culture of experimentation and forward-thinking within the organization by launching internal innovation labs and hackathons focused on 2026 trends.
- Resource Allocation: Oversee budget management for long-term technology investments and ensure capital is deployed efficiently to drive maximum ROI.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in senior technology leadership, with at least 5 years in a strategic planning or innovation role.
- Education: Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration (MBA), or a related field.
- Tech Expertise: Deep understanding of current and emerging technologies, specifically Artificial Intelligence, Cloud Infrastructure, and Digital Transformation strategies.
- Strategic Vision: Proven ability to anticipate market trends and develop scalable roadmaps that align technology with business growth.
- Leadership: Demonstrated success in leading cross-functional teams and managing stakeholders across diverse departments.
