Responsibilities
- Define and execute the company's 2026 technology roadmap, aligning IT strategy with business goals.
- Lead the research and development of emerging technologies, specifically Generative AI and Decentralized Systems.
- Oversee the migration to cloud-native architectures and ensure system scalability.
- Mentor senior engineering leadership and foster a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Collaborate with product and sales teams to translate complex tech concepts into business value.
- Manage the technology budget and negotiate with vendors and partners.
- Establish security protocols and ensure compliance with data protection regulations.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership or executive role.
- Proven track record of leading digital transformations and delivering complex technical solutions on time.
- Deep understanding of Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Blockchain technologies.
- Strong experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and microservices architecture.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present technical strategies to non-technical stakeholders.
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (MBA preferred).
