- Collaborate with executive leadership to secure funding and resources for high-impact innovation projects.
- Oversee the integration of ethical AI frameworks and responsible data practices into our infrastructure.
- Mentor senior engineering leaders and foster a culture of continuous innovation and experimentation.
- Monitor global tech trends to identify white-space opportunities for market disruption.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in software engineering, product management, or strategic technology leadership.
- Proven track record of leading large-scale digital transformations or launching disruptive products.
- Deep expertise in Machine Learning, Natural Language Processing (NLP), and AI architecture.
- Strong background in Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
- Exceptional strategic thinking skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into business value.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of presenting to technical and non-technical audiences alike.
