Responsibilities
- Define and execute the comprehensive technology vision and 2026 roadmap for the organization.
- Lead cross-functional R&D initiatives in Generative AI, Quantum Readiness, and Spatial Computing.
- Establish ethical guidelines and governance frameworks for emerging AI technologies.
- Monitor global tech trends to identify white-space opportunities for product innovation.
- Collaborate with executive leadership to align technology strategy with business goals.
- Manage a budget for advanced technology pilots and research partnerships.
- Mentor senior engineering leaders and foster a culture of innovation.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI Ethics, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- Minimum of 10+ years of experience in senior leadership roles within the tech industry.
- Proven track record of defining long-term technology strategies (5-10 year horizons).
- Deep understanding of current AI trends and future trajectory toward AGI.
- Experience with or knowledge of quantum computing architectures and their potential applications.
- Exceptional strategic thinking, communication, and presentation skills.
- Ability to navigate ambiguity and lead through complex, undefined challenges.
