- Stakeholder Leadership: Present complex technical strategies to C-level executives and board members, translating technical jargon into business value.
- Innovation Labs Management: Oversee the internal innovation lab, fostering a culture of experimentation and rapid prototyping.
- Market Intelligence: Monitor global tech trends and regulatory shifts expected in 2026 to mitigate risks and capitalize on opportunities.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product, engineering, and design teams to ensure strategic alignment across all departments.
- Talent Development: Mentor senior leadership in strategic thinking and future-proofing methodologies.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 10+ years in technology leadership, strategy consulting, or product management, with a proven track record of leading major transformations.
- Strategic Vision: Demonstrated ability to think long-term (5+ years) and influence organizational direction.
- Technical Fluency: Deep understanding of current tech stacks and a keen eye for future trends relevant to the 2026 timeframe.
