Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the comprehensive 2026 technology roadmap, aligning long-term goals with business objectives.
- Lead research and development initiatives in emerging technologies, including AI, Quantum Computing, and Blockchain.
- Identify, evaluate, and integrate disruptive technologies to gain a competitive market advantage.
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to define innovation budgets and resource allocation.
- Build and mentor a high-performance team of futurists, strategists, and technical architects.
- Establish key performance indicators to measure the success of innovation projects and ROI.
- Present complex strategic visions to stakeholders and investors clearly and persuasively.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in technology leadership, strategy, or product management.
- Proven experience in defining and implementing strategic roadmaps for at least 5+ years.
- Strong understanding of emerging tech trends, specifically in AI and next-gen computing.
- Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA), Computer Science, or Engineering is preferred.
