Responsibilities
- Define and execute the comprehensive 2026 strategic roadmap for all future technology initiatives.

- Oversee the integration of advanced AI and automation systems into our product lifecycle.
- Present visionary concepts and progress reports to the C-Suite and Board of Directors.
- Identify potential risks and opportunities in the technological landscape of the coming years.
- Collaborate with academic institutions and industry partners to stay ahead of the curve.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in strategic planning, technology management, or R&D leadership.
- Proven track record of leading large-scale technological transformation projects.
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies, specifically in AI, Machine Learning, or Quantum Computing.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on long-term forecasting.
- Strong communication skills, capable of articulating complex technical visions to non-technical stakeholders.
- Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA), Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.
