Responsibilities
- Strategic Vision: Define and execute the long-term technology roadmap for Vision 2026, specifically focusing on AI evolution and next-gen computing paradigms.
- Leadership: Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performance team of engineers and researchers, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- R&D Management: Oversee the research and development pipeline, ensuring projects align with our mission to revolutionize the digital landscape.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product, design, and executive leadership to translate complex technological concepts into business value.
- Patent & IP Strategy: Drive initiatives to secure intellectual property and establish Vision 2026 as a thought leader in future tech.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software engineering or technical leadership, with at least 3 years in a senior management role.
- Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of Machine Learning, Neural Networks, and emerging AI frameworks (e.g., LLMs, Generative AI).
- Strategic Mindset: Proven ability to translate abstract future trends into concrete product roadmaps and technical strategies.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical ideas to non-technical stakeholders and investors.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
