- Build and lead cross-disciplinary innovation teams (20+ engineers/scientists)
- Develop patent strategies for breakthrough technologies
- Present future-tech vision to Fortune 500 clients and investors
- Oversee regulatory compliance for next-gen AI and quantum systems
Qualifications
- 15+ years in tech leadership with 5+ in emerging tech
- PhD in Computer Science/Physics or equivalent experience
- Published research in quantum computing or AI ethics
- Proven scaling of R&D teams to 50+ professionals
- Experience securing federal/VC funding for deep tech
- Expertise in ISO 26000 and IEEE ethics standards
- Track record of launching category-defining products
