Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Vision: Create and execute a comprehensive long-term technology roadmap that aligns with business goals and industry trends.
- Architectural Leadership: Oversee the design and implementation of scalable, enterprise-grade systems capable of handling massive growth.
- Strategic Innovation: Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (AI, Quantum, Edge Computing) to integrate into our core product suite.
- Team Management: Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of engineers and architects to foster a culture of excellence.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers, sales, and C-suite executives to translate technical concepts into business value.
- Risk Management: Implement robust security and compliance frameworks to safeguard our data assets.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 10 years in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership or architectural role.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Strategic Mindset: Demonstrated ability to translate complex business requirements into technical blueprints.
- Technical Expertise: Deep knowledge of cloud architectures (AWS/Azure), microservices, and containerization (Kubernetes/Docker).
- Certifications: PMP, TOGAF, or similar enterprise architecture certifications are highly desirable.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate technical strategies to non-technical stakeholders.
