Responsibilities
- Lead the 2026 Strategic Roadmap, identifying key technological trends such as Quantum Computing, Generative AI, and Edge IoT.
- Design and architect scalable, future-proof systems that can handle the projected data loads of 2026.
- Prototype and validate emerging technologies to determine feasibility for enterprise integration.
- Partner with product and engineering teams to translate long-term 2026 visions into actionable engineering sprints.
- Establish a culture of innovation, fostering a 'test and learn' environment for experimental technologies.
- Monitor global tech landscapes to identify disruptions that could impact our business model.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, architecture, or strategic product leadership.
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies, specifically AI/ML, Cloud Native architecture, and next-gen hardware interfaces.
- Proven track record of leading large-scale technical transformations and managing high-performance teams.
- Experience in evaluating and integrating bleeding-edge technologies into production environments.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical strategies to non-technical stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
