Responsibilities
- Define and lead the comprehensive 2026 Technology Roadmap, identifying key emerging technologies and integration points.
- Conduct deep-dive strategic foresight analysis to predict industry shifts and market disruptions.
- Translate the 2026 vision into quarterly milestones and KPIs for the engineering and product teams.
- Collaborate with executive leadership to align 2026 initiatives with corporate financial and operational goals.
- Pilot and evaluate experimental technologies with the potential to disrupt the market by 2026.
- Oversee the management of partnerships with future-tech research institutions and startups.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in strategic planning, product strategy, or technology management within a high-growth environment.
- Proven track record of leading long-term (5-10 year) strategic initiatives with measurable outcomes.
- Deep understanding of the technological landscape leading into 2026, including AI, Blockchain, and IoT.
- Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to synthesize complex data into clear, actionable strategies.
- Strong leadership presence and the ability to influence cross-functional teams without direct authority.
- Master’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field is highly preferred.
