Responsibilities
- Lead the strategic vision for technology adoption, specifically focusing on trends anticipated through 2026 and beyond.
- Conduct in-depth market research to identify emerging technologies (AI, Quantum Computing, AR/VR) and assess their potential impact on our business model.
- Develop and execute a comprehensive technology roadmap that aligns with the company's long-term goals and financial targets.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, Marketing) to integrate innovative solutions into existing workflows.
- Oversee pilot programs and proof-of-concept initiatives for high-risk, high-reward technologies.
- Communicate complex technical concepts to stakeholders and board members to drive buy-in and support for strategic initiatives.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in technology strategy, business development, or a related field, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record of successfully leading digital transformation initiatives and implementing emerging technologies.
- Deep understanding of current and future tech trends, including AI, machine learning, and cloud ecosystems.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and market trends to make informed strategic decisions.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence diverse stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
