Responsibilities
- Define and execute the 2026 Technology Roadmap, prioritizing breakthrough innovations in Generative AI and Autonomous Systems.
- Lead cross-functional teams of engineers, data scientists, and product strategists to deliver cutting-edge solutions.
- Establish partnerships with key players in the emerging tech ecosystem (Quantum Computing, Neural Interfaces).
- Drive the architectural vision for scalable, secure, and future-proof infrastructure.
- Identify emerging market trends and translate them into actionable product strategies.
- Mentor senior leadership and foster a culture of continuous innovation.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 10+ years of experience in senior leadership roles within Information Technology or Artificial Intelligence.
- Deep technical expertise in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Proven track record of leading large-scale engineering teams and managing complex projects.
- Strong understanding of Quantum Computing principles and Web3 technologies is highly preferred.
- Exceptional strategic thinking with the ability to navigate uncertainty and drive vision.
- Strong communication skills, capable of articulating complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
