- Define the 2026 Vision: Develop and communicate a comprehensive technology roadmap for the year 2026, aligning technical capabilities with business goals.
- Trend Analysis: Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (AI, Quantum, Web3) to determine their viability for future product integration.
- Strategic Leadership: Lead cross-functional teams in R&D to prototype and validate future technologies.
- Resource Allocation: Manage budgets and resources to ensure successful execution of the 2026 strategic plan.
- Stakeholder Management: Present complex technical strategies to the executive board and non-technical stakeholders.
- Competitive Intelligence: Monitor competitor activities to ensure Apex Horizon remains a market leader in 2026.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years in technology leadership, with at least 5 years in strategic planning or R&D management.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Tech Stack: Deep understanding of AI, Machine Learning, and cloud infrastructure trends.
- Strategic Mindset: Proven ability to translate complex data into actionable business strategies.
