Responsibilities
- Develop and articulate a comprehensive AI strategy aligned with the company's 2026 vision and long-term business goals.
- Lead cross-functional teams to design, prototype, and deploy advanced machine learning models.
- Identify emerging trends in AI (e.g., LLMs, Generative AI, Quantum AI) and evaluate their potential impact on our products.
- Establish best practices for ethical AI, data governance, and algorithmic transparency.
- Collaborate with executive leadership to secure funding and resources for high-impact R&D projects.
- Manage a budget of $5M+ for technology acquisition and talent acquisition.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or Data Science, with at least 3 years in a strategic leadership role.
- Proven track record of delivering scalable AI solutions in enterprise environments.
- Deep understanding of neural networks, natural language processing, and deep learning architectures.
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field (PhD preferred).
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong background in project management and strategic planning.
