Responsibilities
- Strategic Vision: Develop and execute a comprehensive 5-year AI strategy roadmap aligned with the company’s 2026 business objectives.
- Leadership: Build, mentor, and lead a high-performance team of data scientists, ML engineers, and AI researchers.
- Research & Development: Identify and prototype cutting-edge technologies, including Generative AI and Quantum Computing applications.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product, engineering, and executive leadership to integrate AI solutions into core business processes.
- Resource Management: Oversee budget allocation for R&D initiatives and ensure optimal ROI on technology investments.
- Compliance & Ethics: Establish frameworks for ethical AI usage, data privacy, and algorithmic bias mitigation.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field (MBA preferred).
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in AI/ML, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership or strategic management role.
- Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of Machine Learning architectures, NLP, Computer Vision, and cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP).
- Strategic Mindset: Proven track record of translating complex technical concepts into actionable business strategies.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex ideas to diverse stakeholders, from engineers to C-Suite executives.
- Innovation: Demonstrated ability to stay ahead of industry trends and implement disruptive technologies.
